Since its inception, Alliance Partners has joined with providers to develop one of the most effective provider networks in the region. Our provider relations team offers quick and responsive service to help answer your questions, concerns and any other issues you may have.

Participating network providers can register for a secure log on through e-Benefit Connection by selecting “I’m a New Provider”. Once you or your provider group is registered, you will have fast and easy access to plans managed by Alliance Partners with the capability to do the following:

  • View eligibility, medical claims and benefits for your patients
  • Review and print Explanation of Benefits
  • Track deductibles, accumulators and benefit limits for specific patients
  • Search for other participating providers by specialty, zip code, etc.
  • Quick entry to medical information regarding individual procedures and diagnosis
  • Contact Customer Service
  • Access plan documents and forms
  • Access to provider manuals
  • View prior authorization requirements

Electronic Claims Submission and Remittance
Alliance Partners accepts electronic claims submission from providers and can provide electronic remittance to providers. Electronic submission and remittance is set up through the Alliance Partners EDI Vendor - ClaimsNet. Please contact our Provider Relations Representatives at AP-Provider-Relations@healthall.com for additional information.

Participating Provider Network / Credentialing
Requests for participation in Alliance Partners’ Provider Network should be directed to our Provider Relations Representatives at AP-Provider-Relations@healthall.com.

Alliance Partners is NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) certified in credentialing and recredentialing and requires the CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) Application to be used for allied health professionals and physicians. However, submitting an application does not automatically enroll you in the Alliance Partners provider network. Applications must first go through a review process based on network/plan needs and satisfying credentialing requirements.
